General terms for using hotelunion.no, the website of Hotel Union Geiranger AS.
Please read our general terms for transactions on hotelunion.no. By logging on and buying products or booking a treatment, you have accepted and approved the relevant conditions. Any important changes to the terms will be notified by email to the email address registered in your customer profile.
To make purchases or bookings on our website, you must have a delivery address in Norway (excluding Svalbard and Jan Mayen) and you need to register with us. Registration is free and does not oblige you to make a purchase. We store your data securely, and the data will not be available to unauthorised persons. Once you have read through the conditions, you will shortly be able to purchase products and book treatments at hotelunion.no. For your own security, protect your password to prevent unauthorised persons misusing your user account. You choose your own password when registering.
Personal data are handled in accordance with the Norwegian Personal Data Act. We do not sell customer information to business partners.
Change of address
For security reasons, you must change the address yourself on “my page”. You can choose which address is to be used as your invoice and delivery address when making future purchases, but changes made here will not affect existing orders. We send all goods to the delivery address saved for the order when we register your payment. If you wish to have an order delivered to a different address, it is important to change the delivery address for the order before paying if the delivery address is not where you are registered in the National Population Register.
Payment must be registered before we can process your order.
Cancellation of booked treatments
If you have booked a treatment via hotelunion.no and wish to cancel it, please contact our employees by emailing email@example.com.
Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours before the booked treatment. If the treatment is cancelled later than this, it will be charged in full.
Cancelling ordered products
If you have ordered a product but changed your mind, you can take advantage of your statutory cancellation right during the cooling-off period. If the products you ordered have already been dispatched, you will only need to pay the return postage costs.
