Stillwater Spa Policies, Terms and Conditions
Stillwater Spa is an adult facility available to men and women over the age of 18. For the comfort of others please refrain from using your cellphone. Your cooperation in maintaining our relaxing spa environment is greatly appreciated.
To cancel or reschedule an appointment and avoid a full fee charge, we require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for individual appointments and 48 hours advance notice for Stillwater Packages. Cancellations can be made via email or phone.
Gift certificate purchases are non-refundable and do not expire. In the event the service is no longer available the dollar value will be honored. Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift certificate must be presented at time of service for payment.
We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment to relax and enjoy Stillwater amenities, including our whirlpool, steam room and lounge. Arriving late will limit your treatment time. Swimwear is required for the use of the whirlpool. Use of the steam room requires a towel. Lockers, robes, towels and slippers are provided. Stillwater Spa is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
Stillwater Spa is located in the second floor of the Hyatt Hotel located at 700 Centre Street SE. Complimentary self-parking is offered based on availability.
Please inform us of any health conditions (e.g. High blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, pregnancy, etc.). Please note Stillwater Spa does not perform pre-natal massages for guests in their first trimester (under 12 weeks).
All massages are performed by registered massage therapists (RMT) with a minimum of 2200hours. Please consult your benefit plan for eligibility.
In appreciation of outstanding service, gratuities may be given at your discretion.
